at least they're making at effort and if we give them a little infrared satelite help they can find /sink those pirates like i sunk subs in my bathtub as a kid. its literally that easy. Say hey those guys are pirates because they have guns, a nice little bomb for them and we sank their little pirate skiff, what are they going to do then, swim home a couple miles to shore with their ak's ?? lol i'd like to see that

They dont get it, do they? Not only has this failed to work (Because you cant tell if someones a pirate from 1000s of meters up in the air) but it had a poor mandate anyway. You must protect Somali waters as well. Kenya's trade is being intercepted there not just in Kenya.
