I knew about how to turn on the power (played at my friend's on his Xbox, I have it for PS3), i'm just trying to see if this thing i've been hearing about is true...

You turn on the power here, you hear something on the roofs (apparently other than the nova 6 subjects)... and some people believe the maps involve the 8 steps to freedom.
