that is a slammin' workout. the medicine ball is an extremely versatile implement in the gym. you appear weightless on those jumping pushups. on the dancefloor it might look pretty fresh. nevertheless, you are approaching greatness IMHO. the yoga ball should be filled with heavier and heavier gasses periodically, until you get to the water stage. once that air ball is full of water, you're next-level.

wow, that jumping one in a pushup position was interesting. good solid flowing movement also, i'll try that out. i'll save this as a favorite.
