@loriprettysimple I knew you'd understand! I'm working on my schedule and am gonna seriously cut back on nights, so far the last week, I've been doing some 12hr and 8hr day shifts and I feel somewhat better. I don't want to be working alot of 12hr day shifts because it's just too hard on my body and mind. So I'm gonna figure it out. Thanks so much for your understanding comment, so good to have another nurse on here!
I don't blame you for wanting to cut back on nights. The sleep-wake cycle gets messed up. Your hormones are out of whack. When I first went back to work after my first kid, I worked one night a week. I felt like a zombie for at least two days. I have had many of day, and night, of eating chips and Twix. I used food to "wake up" and deal with stress. I know what a tough situation you are in. I hope you will have the opportunity to work less and less nights.
@naomi1492 Thanks naomi!

I know you can do it and I think cutting back on nights is the first step.
