In this clip a swerving car is stopped by highway police, only for the officers to overreact - only slightly! - when making the arrest using his taser and pepper spray.

What happened to this? This guy should of won some big money for this. His rights were defiantly violated.

The police needed to resolve this situation quickly before the SWAT team arrive and take over the arrest of this obvious threat to the general public. Imagine if he was left to ask intelligent questions of a politician in front of everybody. His mom was an obvious accomplice and a clear and present danger to police safety!

This is why I don't understand people who want to get rid of firearms. The only people it hurts are the people who obey the law. Once all guns are on lockdown the government, in this instance, the police, will do anything they please. Im not even referring to this video in particular...this is nothing!
