In this clip a swerving car is stopped by highway police, only for the officers to overreact - only slightly! - when making the arrest using his taser and pepper spray.

This is a rare case. There are good people in the world and there are assholes in the world, hence there are good cops in the world and there are asshole cops in the world. This is frustrating to watch, but on the other hand I've never had an unpleasant encounter with a police officer, and having done a ride along with my local police department and seeing the shit they go through, it's tough not to respect them. But all the same, fuck this group of them.
