  • I had a boss who was a workplace bully. I turned him in to his boss and after an investigation and some proof on my part, he got fired. Served him right.

  • As a pyschiatrist I support bullying to no end. Because of bullying the number of patients I see is going through the roof. Those whiners complain to their parents about being bullied so there parents pay me $400 a week to fix their children. And by the way I don't charge $400 a session, I charge $200 a session but make the sessions 2 times a week, Sometimes I hire teenagers to bully other teenagers so I can get more money frm the parents of the dollar signs.

  • I bet Diane Sawyer is a bully.

  • I raised a bullying issue with HR who after the investigation found that bullying had occurred but also found issues with my work performance. I felt that this was a deliberate action with intent to redirect the claims of bullying to something else 

  • The biggest work place bully I know is the Pastry chef in Kingsmill, VA. He's from Germany and his name is Uwe Schliuzsas. He's also very biggoted and is especially verbally abusive to employess of color. I her him going on in German about "idotic shitkins peopls".

  • It's not a personality clash...it's an angry, inadequate person targeting a much more capable one with the intention of humiliating them and eventually eliminating them.

  • @orneryoutfit That was good, but believe me that was one in a million. It usually doesn't happen like that. I'm glad it did for you. But normally it happens just the opposite. Please continue to help and support other people so that we can stop this type of behavior.

  • This lady's story is bad but a picnic next to what I've been going through. Just today I was told by senior management that being insulted and discriminated against is not bullying and I should probably be fired for complaining and wasting their time. Why is a drunk a senior manager anyway?

  • Take action against workplace bullying. Management will not solve this problem. They are the problem. Politicians and lawmakers have to take action. Canvas them. There are petitions available through the internet. Find live petitions against workplace bullying and sign them. Alternatively submit your own petition.

  • they need to be dragged into the woods and have a spiked bat introduced to their faces.
