@CuttingAndMore It just seems like a guy with a metal grid cutter could do the exact same thing at a fraction of the cost.

This isn't a cutting line solution for a small bakery, this is a full automatic production line, working 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, without any person.
The company produces 216 tons of cake on this line per day (and they have two cutting lines). So ask your guy with the metal grid to do the same in the same time. ;-)
