Sudden Death in Twilight Princess

So the Hylian Shield IS fireproof after all!

To do this, get to Hyrule Field early. Search for a video since I won't tell you how. Now, go to the gate leading to the Lake and glitch through that:

1. Do this:

Roll forward and you'll activate the Twilight-less bridge scene. Die (don't save yet or you'll have to go through the fence AGAIN. You can save once you get to the part of Hyrule Field right outside Castle Town). After you die, head towards Castle Town and somehow get 210 Rupees. Optimal sources of Rupees are this part of Hyrule Field (in the grass and trees) and the building I will describe soon.

Go into Castle Town and get to the central square. Go towards the south exit and go into the double doors near the café. Get any remaining Rupees you need from smashing the boxes in this building and buy the Hylian Shield from the big Goron.

Go back to the bridge and start the scene over again. Now, just do what I do in the second half of this video. The reason there is a first half is because I was trying to do something else, but messed up and got something even better.

And just in case you were wondering (and to avoid any comments saying this exact thing), I died because when the fire reaches the middle, you die no matter what. If we could find a Fairy or two before the first dungeon, we may be able to survive to see what happens when we try to go back to South Hyrule Field as a human.
