5.11 Tactical Series RUSH MOAB 6 update MilPic

sorry folks, took a while, weather is only good when i am working ( and this here unfortunately isn`t my work ;) !) , connected the MOAB with my old 72 , some parts which bug me , 5.11 never replied on my questions on youtube or put my video answers up so if someone knows something feel free to comment below

Thanks for posting this. When I saw the tiered system I thought about all the things you point out in your video: why carry all that extra weight (it's insane!) and what happens to the communication pocket/strap? 5.11 wanted to compete with Maxpedition gearslingers and they have a clever idea, but I think more thought needs to go into the design to make it workable. Your vids are more helpful than 5.11 official vids... THANK YOU! :o)

I agree, on the part about the "strap pocket". It looks weird when you wear it like that btw.. ;) You could put it inside the MOAB, but then it's useless.. Hm.

@bawzmayne23 that would be great if the main compartment would e in easy reach ( which it is not ) , the small pouch had to be empty as well ! all this works against the claim of ready to go attachment bag ;)

there is of course the hydration bladde pocu, ups, have a hydro pak in it, no space for the strap :D

Can you run the shoulder strap of the moab 6 through the carry handle of the rush 72 in order to keep it from flopping around?

@Milpic2 - Thanks for the videos...they are great! I have the Rush 24 and the Rush Moab 6. I use the Moab 6 as my EDC bag and the Rush 24 for traveling around Europe. When I travel, I attack the Moab 6 to the Rush 24 so that I can use it to wander around the cities I visit. So far it has worked really well. I also got a Maxpedition EDC Pocket Organizer to swap my EDC gear between backpacks quickly and whenever needed. I highly recommend it!

The strap is supposed to go between the two bags

I recently sent my rush 72 for an updated version although before that happened the designer said it can work without the extra row of Molle. Well it does work but sags the bag. I have the Moab 10.

Also I tuck the strap on the inside between the Moab and the 72 so it first stick out. I'll make a Vid on that soon.

5.11 customer service is slow on answering email and they were slow on exchanging my rush 72. They allowed me to sell it cause my old version was only 2 days old. also it was recomm
