Alabama: no prom for 'illegals'?!

Alabama is close to passing a bill similar to Arizona's SB1070, called "Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act" but this one blocks employers from hiring illegal immigrants and gives police more powers to check the status of motorists during traffic stops. Also prevents students who are in the state illegally from taking part in any extracurricular activity at school.
