(2) Banks can forget your phone calls, but legally, they cannot forget written correspondence.

This means letters and faxes trump phone calls 7 days a week. Youve probably heard of borrowers on hold for hours on the phone trying to talk to their lender, right?

Heres why: lenders are reading their mail and their faxes before they pick up the phone because legally, if they dont, they can get sued.

Thats a writer-downer.

(3) Banks HATE loan modification firms and lawyers. This has always been true, and now more than ever, youd be crazy to let anyone contact your lender except you.
