@PamelaJoParrish @EXACTLY why I dont like Davy...and him leaving the stage for songs he doesn't agree with...He walks off the few times Oh My My was ever played in the 90s and Peter played it great and he was not even a Monkee then...I just dont like or respect that little man

From what I heard Davy wanted nothing to do with the 3 new cuts that were going on the Then and now album... Micky and Pete recorded the tracks and Davy was all happy when the songs became hits.. ;-/ Talk about jumping on the bandwagon... If anyone gets royalties it should be Micky and Peter.. There is a disclaimer in the LP that says that the 3 cuts were sung by Micky and Peter...

I miss Monkeemania of 1986-1987. Those were the most exciting days of my life. Guess that only shows how boring my life is now, then, huh? ha ha. Seriously, for any of us who were part of this great era, you know what I mean. It was SO MUCH FUN.

@petalrs I can't imagine Davy ever receiving any kind of royalties for this seeing that he didn't write it, play it or record it.

@petalrs This song was actually only recorded by Peter and Micky. Davy had some kind of disagreement over the song and decided to play no part in the recording. So whenever they would perform it live back in the 80s, Davy would go backstage during this one song. I think much later, he stopped doing that though.

@AlphaOrange75 Nor do I! Especially after that little fucker blew off 40 or so fans in Columbus OH in 2001 for being upset with security... I would hope he would have burried the hatchet for the fans sake, but guess not... Whenever I let my feelings known all of the Davy lovers gave me hell... You don't show love,, I will not be in the stands... His ego gets the best of him... Little Fucker!
