Honey really does work, but you have to make sure it is RAW honey, meaning it isn't heated. If it's just plain honey the enzymes that promote cell growth and make it an antibacterial get killed and the honey won't work (at least not as well). I have a dog who was bitten on her belly by another dog and we had to use raw honey on the wound before she could be sewn up. It worked like magic - it was fast and now she has no scar.

I always use honey on my face (honey, brown sugar,lemon,cinnemon,evoo make paste for a body scrub) and get great results everytime!Soft skin and even complexion.I also use hydrogen peroxide 3% on my acne scars (the one your grandma used to clean your lil cuts and bruises 3%!!!!).Leave on scars ONLY 15 min, then dab a lil vitamin e-oil on a q tip and tap on scars.Works like a charm on old and new scars :)
