  • Criminal minds Criminal Profiler is not a real job title, as stated on the FBI website. The job Type exists, but remember to do research before attempting to join the FBI. They need to take you seriously.

  • @rohgenextfan or also Dr. Lance Sweets for the show Bones

  • @dboe9002 Criminal Minds is more focused on criminal profiling, and that is a special field. Most forensic psychologists do not become criminal profilers as that field is for people with experience with law enforcement, like detectives and police officers. A more fair representation of a forensic psychologist is Dr. Huang from the show Law & Order SVU. Look up the video, "SVU: Dr. George Huang." Huang does what Forensic Psychologist would do, appear in court and provide their expertise.

  • @TheDrizzleTV how about Forensic Psychology: Child Protection concentration? :)

  • Iv been looking at alot of Criminal minds lately does that count as Forensics Psychology or is it just Criminal psychology or are they the same thing? Lol. Im a 9th grader and know that i want a career in Psychology but pin pointing it to what job i want in the are is a little difficult but the stuff they do in Criminal Minds looks like it up my alley.

  • I have compiled some statistics on my own which are interesting. Killers often choose colors from the "cold" ends of the color spectrum while rapists seem to prefer the "warm" colors, such as red, orange, etc. I have noticed, that guys who pick up street hookers, also seem to fall into thiese categories. I wondered if this were to be studied on a professional basis, if it could be useful in criminal profiling.

  • What type of law should we study in this forensics psychologist?

  • Is forensic psychology all the hype its made to be?.. Because I can't decide between that and child psychology :D

  • @pugilemoltobene ohhh does it really suck??? i thought it would be awesome

  • The college I plan to attend for my post-graduate studies is The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
