well, if you want to do 2 hours, its 6 pounds, and 10 pounds for 4 hours...go for 4 hours though :)

Nice video :) Can you just turn up to Basingstoke gym, pay at the door, and train on any of the equipment there that you want?

ye you can :) its great. The first time you go, the insurance is free, but after that, its 5 pounds which covers you for 6 sessions.
