IN THIS VIDEO, WE WORKED OUT THE REST OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE GREEN MACHINE AXIAL FLUX WIND TURBINE ALTERNATOR. AND PARTIALLY ASSEMBLE THE UNIT. I GROUND OUT SOME METAL JOINTS, AND DISSASEMBLED THE PARTS, AND REWELDED THEM IN THEIR TRUE ALLIGNMENTS. PLUS I SHOWED HOW I GOT THE TRUE ALLIGNMENTS BEFORE WELDING. AND A FEW TRICKS FOR MAKING ALL THIS MATCH UP THE RIGHT WAY.
THE NEXT VIDEO, PART 3, SHOULD SHOW THE FULL ASSEMBLY OF THIS UNIT.
THANKS FOR WATCHING.

  • I like the science of the nuts and bolts you presented. I didn't know there was such a thing as jam nuts. Sounds like something that belongs in a bakery rather than a hardware store. Thanks for the lesson.

  • @wtam69 HA HA, JAM NUTS! FROSTED OR GLAZED?

YUP SOUNDS LIKE ELVIS' FAVORITE JELLY DONUT.

  • @muddymuddymuddman Hi Scott, Yep, the look of a good repair (or a Save during production) enhances pretty much anything handbuilt, I reckon !

    Ciao.

  • @WarblesOnALot THANKS CHRIS.

  • @peppino66castro HEY JOE,

NO THIS IS THE ONE THAT GOT DAMAGED IN THE MAIL. IT USED TO BE GREEN, SO I CALL IT THE GREEN MACHINE. I BELIEVE THIS SERIES HAS 3 MORE VIDS LEFT. IT INCLUDES 2 PARTS ASSEMBLY, AND ONE TESTS AND DEMONSTRATION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

  • hey scott whats up nice work men ,this is the first one you start right .joe

  • @WarblesOnALot HELLO CHRIS,

I DID ONE SIMILAR FOR DEANC993. I DRILLED THE HOLE BUT IT WAS JUST A BIT OFF CENTER AND IT LEANED A BIT. I LOANED SOMEONE MY DRILL PRESS AND HE DISAPPEARED WITH IT. SO I GOT THE OLD ONE UP AND RUNNING, AND I MIXED SOME OF THE WOOD DUST TOGETHER IN THE EPOXY UNTIL IT WAS THICK, THEN MIXED THE HARDENER IN IT BY SQUISHING IT AROUND FOR A BIT. WHEN I REDRILLED THE HOLE. IT WORKED PERFECT. IT CUT LIKE REAL WOOD, AND IT DIDNT LOOK TOO BAD EITHER. 2 FOOT AND FAST!!
