@bonspeeds: hahaha yeah I figured that part out as soon as I started playing with it. You're right it actually doesn't make much of a sound at all because the strings on that side are kind of muted.

Hi, I just got a Keyser capo about a month ago and I still need to get used to it; kind of hurts my hand when I squeeze it. I was wondering though, in general, when you use a capo, do you only play the strings on the frets after the capo, towards the body of the guitar, or is it okay to play the strings on the frets before the capo, towards the head of the guitar?
