I would suggest Chanel La ligne, it's my favourite eyliner ever and I have tried millions. It stays on the waterline and is the richest black imaginable.

Also great for waterlining: GOSH velvet touch e/l, all really amazing. And of course UD 24/7

Yes I wanna try UD 24/7 - just heard so many good things about it. Chanel e/l are really pretty too IMO - never had one so will check that too!

Just curious! have you tried Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner? I heard alot of good review about it. I'm planning to get it/them soon :) Thanks for sharing!

The prestige waterproof eyeliner works great in the waterline. It lasts at least 6 hours & won't "smudge" as bad as the regular prestige kohl liner. I use the non waterproof on my lid. Give it a try & let us know what you think.

since you said you're looking for something that stays on the water line. try GOSH eye liners.. they stay on mine all day

moodeve, i have the black prestige eyeliner and i love it! i have tried liquid and gel eyeliners and i have tested it with water, and they smudge really bad but pencils are great! i love the prestige eyeliners! try out the black one!

Thank you for this review. I have the same color eyeliner in Prestige as well as a green one. They have great pigment and staying power.

I normally only buy high end but ive tried the Prestige liners before and there actually relaly fab for the price! so i would vote for the Prestige liner.

I use MAC's khol pencil for my water line, stays put all day/night :)

I like Prestige eyeliners too, never tried LM's - but a friend in the US bought LM and then Rimmel khol, and ended up liking the Rimmel better, LOL

The Chanel one is a cake liner, not pencil- it works a treat! Highly recommend..

I have both of the Laura Mercier liners and they are both lovely colors, but I have to look quick because they disappear on me! In fact, I just gave them to my mom. I really like the Urban Decay in Zero and Bourbon, which I think you would love Bourbon. They last a long time even on the waterline--and they are creamy enough to glide on easily. Grab that variety pack that has these colors and more--it's a great deal! Thanks! Lisa
