  • Calm down people. From what he described, the pilgrimage is a walk of prayer. Of course we are all offered forgiveness freely through the sacrifice of Jesus, but we still need to search our hearts and repent of our sins. To me, this pilgrimage seems like a time set aside to pray for family, ask for forgiveness, etc. It sounds wonderful to me. As an evangelical, I have to say that there's a lot we can learn from Catholics and vice versa. It's about LOVE people! L-O-V-E!!

  • I FREAKEN LOVE THIS SONG

  • @Wleonora Yes, I understand what you are saying, but the Luke passage does not address forgiveness, but healing. In fact, when Jesus healed people, He always said "Your sins are forgiven you. Go and sin no more." Scripture PROMISES that if we confess our sins, that He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins. Unfortunately, a lot of religions do believe that forgiveness has to be earned, but there is NOTHING we can personally do to earn forgiveness, when we have sinned against an infinite God

  • De NOGALES a Magdalena!!!
