  • Awesome!I never known this killer number!!

  • Got both of his albums on wax. A must have for true funkateers.

  • alrighteverybody, i need your help: WHAT does Fuzz say in the spoken intro to 'Silent day about treetop _____"; "and many other _____, that made their minds wonder"

my ear hears "gefilyas" but WT is that!? I have been going crazy over this for years and in fact write to you now from an institution for the musically insane. Please help.

  • wasn't he though!!

  • this is good to know, do you know the website soul-patrol, go check out their internet shows, they got old and new stuff , good thing to listen to ,

  • This was a Black owned station too. It's not really a Black problem though. All radio has long relied too much on consultants that tell them what they think the public wants to hear. Before payola made radio skittish, sharp eared djs used to regularly "break" records, including flipping a record over, and making the B side the hit if it was warranted. Can't do that today. No more regional hits either, where say, a DC artist on a small label could have a hit in DC, Philly, Pittsburgh, Bmore & NY.

  • the hell with those people , damn radio puppets, thats NO BLACK RADIO STATION, your right

  • I've had this album since it came out. One of my boys got sooo pissed at the local "Black" radio station, because the dj said they couldn't play any of the album, "because it's not good enough for radio". Everyone I played the album for, loved it.

  • he should have made more albums, dammit, forget george clinton
