Groove For Thought performs "And So It Goes" at a workshop demonstration for students at Lynden Christian High School on Friday. The Seattle-based jazz vocal band is nationally known for its appearance on NBC's The Sing-Off and performed several times at the Lynden Music Festival, once as the headline act at a Friday evening concert at Judson Hall.
