It seems that there are different ways of cutting a pineapple. This method is good for a banquet. The presentation of the cut pineapple is nice. I don't like the fact that some of the pineapple's "eyes" are still on the cut pineapple. The dark spots (skin) on the cut pineapple are the "eyes". When you eat those eyes, your tongue can become itchy.

Pineapples are the most fun to cut because they tend to be the most arrogant fruit. When they're kids they think they armor is good enough to protect them from anything, then they meet humans and as soon as the knife sinks in, that's when they know. We're not in Kansas anymore Toto.
