Stormy Weather Across the US

WeatherBug's National Forecast for Tuesday January 29, 2007. An active day for the weather across the US, as both winter and thunderstorms appear on the same day. In the west we will see rain on the coast with snow in the mountains. The Great Plains and Great Lakes will experience snow as well, with ice rearing its ugly head as you move up the Hudson River. Severe thunderstorms will stretch across the Deep South, Midwest, and Northeast. Some cities on the Great Plains will also experience falling temperatures throughout the afternoon.
