Chicken Pecking Order Armor - From Pecked on to Accepted - Complete Video

This is the entire video of the transition one of our Chickens from being the low Hen in the pecking order to being loved. She had a lot of her feathers plucked out on her tail and they had literally pecked a hole into her back the size of a quarter. They would not let her eat and she ended up spending most of her time alone in the coop.
In a thunderbolt like moment of inspiration I came up with the idea of Pecking Order Armor. I took an old wool sock and cut it out so that it would fit on her covering her wounds. The first version had one hole for both of her legs and that eventually fell off. The second version which has successfully stayed on had two leg holes and more of a custom fit.
As you will see has gone from picked on and an outcast to loved and accepted..
