Take This House and Sell It! is for anyone who wants the latest tips and trends on getting their home ready for an immediate and lucrative sale. In a fast-paced half-hour romp, a cast of designers and intrepid crew meet with homeowners who havent managed to sell their home sweet home.

Each show features one of four designers whose specialty is fluffing houses for quick and profitable sales. With an Open House rapidly approaching, the team goes into high gear showing each homeowner how to get the most for their time and money and hopefully raising the chances of a possible bidding war on their property.

Along the way, viewers will find great tips and advice given, as well as simple DIY projects most can complete. At the same time, all of the makeovers are done on a modest enough budget that both the homeowner and the viewers get fabulous high-end results from, with a lot of creativity and good old-fashioned hard work.
