Umvc3 Z-Axis glitch tutorial

AS OF 12/19/11 PATCH THIS GLITCH NO LONGER WORKS

This is my first commentary so go ahead and make fun of me all you want in the comments.

I have no idea if this glitch has been discovered already or anything so credit goes to whoever found it first.
