Ironman came out in around 1970, on the Paranoid album i think, what media do you think it was published on. Cassettes were around (but relatively new) and used for Paranoid, but vinyl was still used up into the 80's and Paranoid was indeed released on vinyl in both the US and UK. If you look around you can still find the vintage releases, though the pictures that came with some are not still there.
