@OGRON47 @OGRON47 Congrats on quiting smoking. The research shows that the body recovers health amazingly fast when you quit. The benefits are multiple. Certainly, if you do the pepermint oil deep breathe as illustrated in the video you certainly can expect enhanced recovery of lung capacity. Almost all essential oils are antibiotic, and in direct contact alot of things kill virus'. If you have a sytemic virus, i would agree, but I am talking about contact, environmental virus and bacteria.
