Lance Corporal Mark Aspinall, THE VICTIM, was convicted of assaulting the "police officers" seen in this video. That's right, after "police" mistook him for someone else they basically jumped him and laid the beats to him.

I can defend what they did the man was by his own admission leathered and abusive and when they attempted to arrest him firstly he tried to make off then fell over due to being so pissed and when they took hold of him he resisted their efforts to handcuff him so they made him comply.

All perfectly reasonable and unfortunately an occurance repeated up and down the country nightly due to young men and women consuming far too much alcohol!

ahhh I'm from wigan and know exactly were this happened we have probably the most bent pigs out there which is why i avoid them when i'm perfectly inocent and what was that he was pissed and mistaken identity was the cause lets be honest even if he was a trained soldier they didnt know and a drunk man isnt the hardest to restrain wen theres 3 of u the face scraping banging against the road and punching was a bit much ...
