Really it's not about the miracles, it's about him being willing to die a most painful way imaginable to save us who doubt him and are not worthy of his love even though he gives it freely anyway :) The word of God is relevant, and it will change and save your life. I hate to argue this because it's so brutal but... If I am wrong, I have lost nothing and lived a good life. But if you are wrong... you may find yourself in a not-so-desirable place. Which I would hate to happen, give it a chance!

The Catholic Church worships Lucifer using a host of satanic rituals and hypnotic ancient symbolism. They are obviously anti-Christian because they know its just a story! I read once that itwas a member of an aristocratic Roman family tht thought up the Jesus story. Two hundred or so years later the Vatican/Priests at the time decided to use the story as a marvellous control system. They embellished it with the witchcraft of walking on water etc. as they need superhuman saviour characters that are better than...people to worship...reducing ord people to mere 'flesh and blood'. Forcing everyone tolook outwards not inwards for enlightnment...it wont happen will it?

Hey! I have heard this story too.. but don't be decieved by it. I am not going to deny what you said in your earlier posts. There are many who take christianity and twist into some evil perverted thing. It's so horrible. But true christianity is not religion there are no "rituals" anything you do is not just for the sake of it, or because it is tradition, it is because you love God, it something you feel in your heart and live by. Back to what you were saying....

Have you heard of the dead sea scrolls? Manuscripts of the bible were preseved in bottles in caves. They are 1000 years older than any previous manuscripts. They date to around 200 BC and are almost to every single word identicle to modern (traditional) manuscripts. The bible is not made up! Also there is a tonne of archialogical evidence to support the bible as well. Also there is a lot of prophecy in the old testament that is fulfilled in the new. So the prophecy in Revaltions will come true!

Whether the Bible was made-up or not is kindof irrelevant. What is fact is that in the original Jesus stories he is essentially an enlightened but normal human being like everybody else. Therefore we all have it in us to be just like him. He was not a Super-Hero. The Catholic Church added the magical stories like walking on the water etc. because thats what they are about. Their theology relies on people who are better than and deserve more than...and this is how they support world heirarchies.

Jesus was 100% man and 100% God which is really hard to get your head around, but when can aim to be more like him. There is archialogical evidence for miracles of the bible. In government land in the middle east there is a slit rock in the middle of nowhere with cracked earth around it. The is a land bride under water in the red sea where the people crossed. There is a also a mountain protected by the middle east government that has scorched rocks on the top... all bible miracles.
