The easiest way to get lock it up and in your crosshairs achievement :

Step 1. use Alabama

Step 2. play against Hawai'i (they pass a lot)

Step 3. use the rolb 41

Step 4. spotlight the WR (press L2 for ps3 and LT for Xbox and then the botton on the head of the WR)

Step 5. Make the INT (interception)

Step 6 make the TD

Everytime you will play offense Make a Punt
