This video shows the process for downloading and installing a full featured printer driver in Windows Vista. For some products, you can connect a USB cable and print in Vista without installing this software. Installing this software is strongly recommended. This shows installing the HP PSC 1315, but the instructions are the same for many HP inkjet printers. I am an HP employee. I do not represent HP on this site.

  • Thank you so SO much! When I used XP when I was younger I had the HP printer cd software thingy that only worked for XP, now that I use Vista (cuz the xp laptop is awfully old and slow) that cd doesn't go well with it. And I needed the software to be able to print...

  • When I install my printer software, nothing happens... The printer haven't appeared on the list of printers, and I did install the whole program. Pls help me =(
