Captain Lou was a CLASSIC! He made me laugh EVERY time he appeared on wrestling! R.I.P. Captain Lou.
Just curious... what was he "captain" of? A Police Captain? Military? a team? A Boat?

i haven't watched wrestling since i was a kid but he was easily my fave. when i saw wwf live in like 87 i brought my captain lou action figure with me... out of all the celebrity deaths this year this is the one that hurts

Followed the Captain's career since he entered wrestling with the late Tony Altimore ( the Sicilians). The most entertaining character in wrestling history. I know some favored Classy Freddy Blassie, but I was always on the side of the Captain. R.I. P.
