So long as there is no monetary gain from Leon Animation, the sound FX can be used. Besides, what's the diference from using Star Wars sounds and Star Wars toys? They are both copyright Lucasfilm.

Hmm... good point. But, if you see very close, you'll notice that the one you call R2D2, in fact is not R2D2, is a funny character made out of a trash can that happens to be named R2D2. That is a common name on this side of the world. "wink".
