  • this is the worst video i've seen on running stride/form. in another video she teaches you to heel strike! how can an expert be any more wrong? you want to correct your running then research, pose method, heel striking, barefoot and how your conned into believing that more cushion etc in your trainer is better when its the exact opposite.

  • you are a dumb ass....let the body run naturally.....the best way to learn how to run is to turn off the brain and just run......heel toe garbage will only lead to serious injury.....this woman has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what she is talking about.

  • Is that running or a brisk walk? thats like 10 min mile pace

  • FOR PROPER RUNNING TECHNIQUE SEARCH FOR TERRA PLANA. its called learn the skill of barefoot running. heel to toe is NOT NATURAL! take your shoes off and run for a few seconds. you may start off heel to toe cause thats what your used to, but your brain will take over and say " this shit sucks and hurts" and you will NATURALLY move to the front of your foot. but not way up on your toes. watch that video from a TRUE expert. not someone that runs more than likely a 30:00 5k. her form is terrible.

  • Listen to her advices and you may as well just amputate your legs right now.

  • heel to toe is incorrect. Heel to toe running is a result from people buying running shoes with huge heels. Natural running is landing on the balls of your feet like how you would when you run barefoot. You should take the video down expert village.
