George's sister Louise said George earned the misnomer "Quiet Beatle" in error. She said that when the Beatles came to America, her beautiful brother had strep and a high temperature. The doctor told him to rest his voice and from that, George was seen as being the "Quiet Beatle." TP of the Heartbreakers said George didn't demand to be heard. Lou, the man's sister said George was anything BUT quiet! She knew her brother!

from universities. Few of them have wisdom. If you
watch the new (only) George Harrison documentary
you will soon find Olivia does not posses the qualities
of a wise speaker. Prone to stammering Olivia seems
unable to organize her thoughts. She comes off sound-
ing more like an affectionate auntie rather than a loving
wife and we are left wondering (again) if George picks
his partners based on how stupid they are (Patie Boyd).

TRUE STORY: When George first met the Mexican born Olivia
she barely knew how to speak English. Shy and prone to look
at her shoes, George struggled to find a way to communicate
with her. Finally, on their 3rd date, George brought out his guitar
and started playing "My Sweet Lord". Olivia suddenly looked up
at him with a HUGE smile! Proudly, George asked "Do you like
it"? "Oh jess" she replied. "I yust love the Chiffons"! George did
not speak to her for weeks!
