Santa Fe 3751 San Bernardino to Los Angeles 4-17-11

this is my video of the ride on the Santa Fe 3751 excursion train from San Bernardino on the return trip to Los Angeles after attending the 2011 San Bernardino Railroad days festival. The entire video was shot from vestibule on former Burlington railroad vista dome car Silver Splendor. enjoy

What does "ATSF" stand for? And why is it sometimes called "Ex-Santa Fe?"

@Dinosorable ATSF stands for the full name of the Railroad that used to own the locomotive, which is Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe, though it was often called the Santa Fe for short. the reason that it is sometimes called Ex-Santa Fe is because the the engine is no longer owned by the Railroad. it's now owned by the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society.

@theUP844 And she now pulls Amtrak trains instead of Santa Fe trains. And she used to use 3 Santa Fe Dash 9s for helpers. Now, she uses an Amtrak Genesis as a helper. But there also something she now uses as a helper sometimes but ruins her style sometimes: A BNSF Dash 9 that they couple infront of her instead of behind her. :(
