Even some of the Muslims who are children of immigrants don't really have a country to go back to, or will not be able to live a normal life if they go back to their parent's original countries. The whole struggle is for them to be recognized as Americans and have full rights under the constitution. Speaking out against extremism is not sucking up to the West.

Not applied in practice as the evidence required is 4 independent witnesses who saw the act (intercourse take place) which is virtually impossible to get. Muslims always lie. According to Islam its ok, as long as you do it for Allah. Its called Taqiyya. What they are doing is making it seem like the Sharia and western laws are similar so Sharia doesn't get banned. Then when they're powerful they'll bring back stoning women to death, chopping off hands and killing apostates. Its all part of the game.
