Hey I just thought that's why those UFO's are sometimes sighted filling up with water from lakes, cause it's there fuel supply. Probably some secret technology of the government they want hidden from us to keep us slaves working for them.
Sandia Labs - SAND2000-3132J - "An Inertial-Fusion Z-Pinch Power Plant Concept" by Derzon, Rochau, Olson, Peterson, et. al. - the drawings here are similar to the drawings in Meyer's patent - and speak of similar things. Sandia's system covers more than a football field. Muons injected in the 'pellet' reduces pressure required and hence size of device. Anything that operates like a muon achieves similar reductions in size.
This from Britannica online: Muon-catalyzed fusion is the name given to the process of achieving fusion reactions by causing a deuteron (deuterium nucleus, D+), a triton (tritium nucleus, T+), and a muon to form what is called a muonic molecule. Once a muonic molecule is formed, the rate of fusion reactions is approximately 3e−8 second. Lithium-7 hydride might be best for this - especially if the muon pulse is delivered while compressing it with z-pinch device - muons reduce pressure needed.
Its vaguely like Meyer's patent claims - yet not - haha. Here's another conspiracy theory. USAF at Wright Pat helped him with his claims - to get information out there in a way to discredit the whole idea in the public (and scientific) mind. Just like Bush Jr's use of cocaine in college - was reported first by a reporter who himself was a user - which quickly became the story and defused the issue for the President. Same here - the patent reads like a fun house mirror reflects reality.
If the Lawson Criterion for a self-sustaining reaction can be 'sparked' by a muonic pulse - then efficiencies don't really matter since muons are merely sparks, not doing the heavy lifting in sustaining the reaction. This is a muonic version of an inertial confinement fusion system. A borohydride pellet, squeezed and bombarded with muonic burst should be easily achieved. Far easier than without muons. Of course the ablity to create fusion hand grenades make the details highly classified.
