I'm on day 4 and I love food so much. I never really realized this until I tried the Master's Cleanse. I don't know how long I can go.

How much do you think you gain back in water weigt because I am exercising so that is a part of my weight loss too.

I'm so glad I found these vids. I have been making up excuses as to why I can't do the salt water flush (the first time I tried, I only got down about a cup and half) but I know it's essential. Watching this has just convinced me I need to stop making excuses and just do it!
