  • @myproxyisabigpickle dude, Memories of Murder depicts Korea in the 1980s under military dictatorship. Korea has come a long way and the police force seemed very well trained, equiped and funded in the year 2011. If you dont know shit dont share your knowledge with people.

  • Hmmmmm.....British Trailer for a Korean Movie, with an American announcer voice....

  • In March 2008, the remake rights to The Chaser were bought by Warner Bros. for $1 million. William Monahan was in early discussions to write the script, with Leonardo DiCaprio named as a potential star, though no deals have yet been set. Both were involved in Martin Scorsese's The Departed, a successful remake of Hong Kong thriller Infernal Affairs, wikipedia

  • dont know about hollywood but bollywood already made a mash up of this film with brain de palma's dressed to kill, type "Murder 2 trailer" in search bar

  • this deserves more views.. just finished watching it, wat a disturbingly excellent film

  • peliculonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • @airtioteclint The same could be said for a lot of other movies from different countries. It's a movie, and its going to depict things differently from reality. That being said, the main character was previously a law enforcer, and he isn't shown to be incompetent or stupid.

  • @myproxyisabigpickle How can you be this stupid ?

  • @airtioteclint Watch the movie 'Memories of Murder' to see what Korean police are like. They don't have access to the technology to do something simple like a DNA test, are underfunded and are still bound by strict judicial laws, police don't have the same level and training and power as they do in other countries.

  • This movie was good but be prepared to be irritated by stupidness. A serial killer was released due to lack of evidence. The same kinds of killings occurs and the police don't know who to look for? I wonder if the cops in korea are really this bad because i've noticed a lot of their incompetence in other movies and dramas too.
