@Chronische maybe they swing it too hard or maybe what they hit is too hard.
I got no idea, but flails seem like weapons that last a long time.

@rogantu I ask because I do a lot of sword to sword fighting and those certainly don't last long the way my friends use them.

@Chronische a very long time of hard abuse guarantied, maybe 3 years or more with of.
it depends how hard you swing it and flails usually take some time to wear down because they only hit shields and arms, they aren't really getting hit hard, not even from weapon to weapon hits.
