Marines-

The Army never does this. We go where there are bridges, the water is shallow, use AVLBs, use floating or prefab steel bridges we can put in place quickly. Although we have/had water fording kits, they were NEVER used, not even in practice. To dangerous, to many things can go wrong in the real world vs a test site where all is controlled. The Marines of course need this capability for what they do.

From what ive heard the drivers hatch isnt even water tight. I'll bet he is the only one who doesnt need to take showers after operations.
