Not really enough torque. OR Hp...
You can hear the engine load and drop in RPM... if it had the power to run it, you would hear a change in tone BUT NOT a drop in RPM.
The blower is alright but the tractor is no match for the job.

the horsepower is irrelevant, it's a diesel and it's got more than enough torque to run that blower.

That blower doesn't look that big, the huge chute just makes it look big. With that much snow it would still be bogging with the John Deere made 47" Blower.

@Markcuda It's only a 23 horspower tractor. This blower needs to be attached to something that's at least 35 horsepower.
