The final battle: vs. Ashera

So this is absolutely it: Either she gets defeated or everyone Ike and company loved will be statues forever.

An annoying boss indeed. Her AoE attacks are more dangerous than even Dheginsea's and Sephiran's. The Auras surrounding her must be taken out, and have the Aurora skill which does to your attacker 1/2 the damage you do to it, unless the attacker has Nihil or is doing a Parity attack. Nasir was the only dragon I brought along, and his White Pool allowed some characters to double.

Once the auras are gone, you can attack Ashera, but note: Only Ike with Ragnell can finish her off. Otherwise, if someone else does so, or if Ike finishes her off with a weapon other than Ragnell, she'll revive herself with all her HP restored (in easy mode, she only gets 10 back).

This took me 4 long turns to do, but it all ended well.
