Warren Jeffs Married Off Ruby Jessop at age 14 Utah DFS

The same time and place as Jane Doe #4 was married, so was Ruby Jessop, also age 14. It was April 23rd of 2001, at the Caliente Hot Springs resort in rural Nevada, a business owned by FLDS faithful Merrill Jessop. Utah DFS was asked for help, but waffled throughtout the attempt to rescue her. She ran to her brothers, Joe C junior and was out about a week before being taken back under deception. Ruby was 15 on May 3rd 2001. The difference between Jane Doe #4 and Ruby, was that Doe escaped, Ruby did not! This issue needs a full blown congressional investigation into what local agencies knew and when they knew it.

I've worked with victims of abuse. I do know how painful abuse can be. It is hell to deal with. Living with my Father after the War in China was no picnic, neither is Radiation Exposure. You can walk and work and have your life. Many in Southern Utah have never been compensated for Radiation Deaths because they practice plural marriage and were afraid to come forward.
