i think its funny how people get so into the physique of the actors on the show i mean it makes for good entertainment but lets be realistic no one was really walking around at 220 pounds all muscle with sculpted abs. im sure some where but it would be mostly due to genetics you dont get that big just from gladiator training there were no supplements back then or free weights so there werent a lot of guys that looked like crixus. its good tv but lets not be so hard on liam for having a lean body

your muscle definition or mass has nothing to do with being in shape. liam is about 6'2 190 so hes very lean he isnt underweight for his height andy was 4 incches shorter and weighed the same, height does factor into body mass percentage and body fat actually determines if someone is at an ideal weight for their height. also keep in mind he can gain more muscle but depending on your body type it can take years.
