TaviRider's Minecart Station V2.1

This minecart station is designed to give riders the best experience possible. Everything is simple and responsive. The rider doesn't need to read a lot of signs or watch indicator lights. And simple rider mistakes, like overfilling the dispenser or losing an unoccupied minecart, are taken care of. It doesn't use any glitches, such as door boosters or southwest corner effects, so it is likely to work unmodified in future versions of Minecraft.

@TaviRider I have a group of people who want to start this "City type" area...meaning multiple destinations and "mini worlds". So no not yet but once I apply this world to my server we can start an Orang, Yellow, & Purple city, if you know what I mean.
