2-tblsp very good olive oil

1-tblsp red wine vinegar

1- egg yolk

1- tsp Dijon

2- garlic cloves

1-tsp lemon juice

1-tsp worcestershire sauce

Since the garlic is not cooked in this recipe you will need to cook the garlic before mashing it. You can slightly roast it in the oven, or lightly saute it in oil. The amount that you need to cook it will depend on how "hot" it is when you start.

Great video, I love ceasars salad, pretty much the only salad I eat (unless it's specific things themselves or with good sauce) but yeah, you'd be great on tv lol

haha not only America that you can buy that lettuce pre-prepared etc... except here in Australia (and many other countries) it's called cos lettuce, not romaine lettuce.

Is this guy an idiot or what using caesar dressing in a bottle and posting a video. the coutons should have had garlic not rosemary. This video has nothing to do with making Caesar Salad.
