This is truly a volatile time for mortgage rates. The Fed has bought more bonds from the treasury and foreign countries are also buying our bonds. This is causing rates to get better. I don't think we will see them as low as they were, but be prepared to take advantage of the opportunity when it comes.

  • I live in CT and I know several people that have given up on selling and started renting rooms to help pay their mortages. I am close to default..but If I do the wurst part will be accumilating property tax while the property is up for sale..This poor guy across the street has had his place up for almost 3 years--ew..another guy just turned in his keys(the bank made some money) and said bye- Im out lol...my rants..ty =)
